JAGUAR is a new-generation digital security feature for banknotes. Created using offset security printing and standard inks. JAGUAR enables authentication through a smartphone application.

Reliable Authentication

At the core of the features is the patented Secure Graphic technology, an invention by Scantrust SA. It is a discreet yet powerful element embedded within the banknote.

The smartphone app and corresponding algorithms can be adapted to detect, localize, extract, and authenticate the secure graphic. Seamless integration within the banknote provides unmatched security and an effortless user experience — trust at your fingertips.

Ovjera — What the surface reveals

Although products in a series may appear identical on the outside, they still have subtle differences. These are barely visible to the naked eye, but the materials vary in terms of micro-patterns.

Material variance and production characteristics make differences.

This differentiation can be compared to the unique characteristics of human fingerprints or iris patterns, here each object has a distinctive and refined individuality.

Ovjera technology utilizes this uniqueness and captures it on an optical level. Similar to biometric processes, Ovjera can assign a precise identity to each object and then identify it.

Daktylo — The characteristics products

Daktylo captures and classifies the printing characteristics of a wide variety of printing processes.

The patented Sound-of-Intaglio process robustly and quickly recognizes intaglio printing without the need for a special ink or manipulations in the pre-press.
